another thing, depending on your budget, you may want to get a smaller SSD drive and a traditional HDD drive rather than a single large SSD drive. You'll probably spend less if you go for the small SSD and HDD drive combo plus you'll get a lot of hard drive space if you ever decide you want to play lots of games and/or create videos.

I'm starting to think the 49ers might draft Malik Hooker at #2.

What kind of PC monitor are you getting?

If you plan to play any competetive FPS games (like Overwatch), having a good monitor really helps. A 144hz monitor with low response time (~1ms) is recommended.

Personally, I like IPS monitors over TN panels as I think the overall color from IPS monitors is better.

Moses
NobbyBut if for some reason Myles Garrett isn't available, Reuben Foster seems like a terrific draft pick.

I don't think Foster is the draft's second best player, and his jackassery at the Combine scares me off. I'd look at Solomon Thomas.

I wouldn't mind Solomon Thomas. He seems good.

Hey Moses, are the Browns going to get Garrapolo?

Whatever Cleveland does, they should draft a QB with their #1 pick.

Myles Garrett will get selected as the #2 pick by the 49ers. Wooohooo. Niners! Go 49ers. Garrett.

HBO's two new shows, Crashing and Big Little Lies, are actually pretty good.

Then there's FX's Taboo mini-series starring Tom Hardy. Tom freaking Hardy.

Economist who predicted Brexit and Trump says its globalism that's the cause. It's a bit of right-side bent.

MosesGuys, it is time to start paying attention to my Cleveland Browns.

For the Browns, I have been reading about Myles Garrett and would love to have him. "Draft experts" almost unanimously peg him as the #1 overall.

The other interesting thing to follow will be where the quarterbacks go. I would love for the Browns to grab Tyrod Taylor after the Bills drop him, and I would still like for the Browns to draft a QB with either the #12 or #33 overall. I guess Jimmy Garoppolo is in play for the Browns via trade and probably for the #12. No way will the Browns part with the #1 for him. I don't know how to feel about Garoppolo as I haven't seen enough of him. The Patriots' back up quarterbacks haven't panned out for any team. It's certainly not like the Green Bay Packers and Brett Favre backups. Mark Brunnell, Matt Hasselbeck, and Aaron Brooks all became plus players; it hasn't just been Aaron Rodgers who turned into something.

Myles Garrett? I don't know. He seems awful. Really awful. Terrible, in fact. Browns can pick someone better at the #1 spot. Leave some other team, like the one with the #2 pick, to draft him.

Smilla's Sense of Snow. Caught it late night when I had a bought of insomnia. Really gripping movie but it kind of unravels at the third act. Even so, I'd recommend this imperfect movie, especially if you're watching it during the winter season. Cold really does add to the mood of the story.

Feeling any better now?

Not really :/

I'm feeling a bit sad. Does it really matter what we think? Does it change anything?

If anything, Trump's base is happy with what Trump is doing.

And a repeal of the Affordable Care Act without any replacement for it.

Plus I'm sure the new administration will find new ways to go over the top. It's only been a week.

Packing For Mars is a very good book about the realities of space exploration. Hint: boredom is the norm.

The Bulls suspend Rajon Rondo for one game for conduct detrimental to the team. Apparently, Rondo had a spat with an assistant coach.

I'm guessing William lives. He has majority share of the company and he finally gets the Westworld he's always wanted. Sure that's a few dead bodies but hey, it's collateral damage. Besides, the sentient hosts still need time to grow up and learn and Ford mentions there's only about a dozen of the original hosts so they'll need more of them. And Ford turned out to be a good guy. So what if he causes the eventual downfall of humanity. That was bound to happen anyway. I wonder if we'll see more of Maeve's henchmen in season 2. I think I like them.
