Would expect a special guest appearance if it were Man of Steel 2, but it's an ensemble cast and Superman will prob only show up for 10 minutes @ the end.

Five StyleI'll rent it, but I'm guessing it a fat dick sandwich/10. Now, that's not a bad thing. Some folks may be pretty damn hyped for a fat dick sandwich. Some people not so much.?

I'll put it in terms of my excitement:
Worth a $3 rental in 4 months, not worth two $15 tickets on the big screen. Give the choice, I would probably go watch Thor again.

I get free trial HBO during seasonal intervals, so that and then.

Also, there's my DC loving brother, but he's a wee stingy.

53%. It's an easy assumption to make, but I imagine most criticisms will mention that it's a mediocre Avengers retread. Also, some will mention that it's also a sloppy one due to all the last-minute reshoots to capitalize on the popularity of Wonder Woman.

<resists the urge to mention that The Orville was renewed for a second season> ;)

I think that it's important not to allow this film to cause us to take our eyes off of what it truly important here.

90%.

And the fact that this prediction feels mean-spirited gives you a sense of where this franchise is at.

Was it at least better than Murderman V. Captain Hypocrite: Yawn Of Justass?

I'll be seeing this tomorrow. I predict it will be 'okay' - 70% area.

Have you guys seen that sweat inducingly awkward IGN interview between Gal Gadot and Ezra Miller? They just 'interviewed' each other, asking silly questions that you're supposed to find funny. But, Miller goes on some strange tangent at the end and tries to get Gadot to announce the destruction of the "hetero-patriarchy". She has that "I'm smiling on the outside but dying on the inside" look as she compromises and denounces sexism. I didn't realize that Miller was such a bizarre, awkward person. He seems awkward-but-charming on screen.

So apparently Rotten Tomatoes is doing some weird obviously shill thing where it won't "reveal " the score until the night of the premiere.

Which is obviously a way of saying "Warner owns part of the site and didn't want reviews to be seen when the embargo lifts".

The embargo has lifted though. Reviews are... well, mixed.

Miller seems to be always high.

Death Proof56%

78% for Jason Momoa

I saw him in two movies this year. He was good. The commercials don't look very good for JL but I'll see it eventually.

It's sitting at 51% on Metacritic and it's likely to drop as more reviews come in. Not looking good.?
