The Cure is a contender.

Depeche Mode put out a solid 4-album run with literally not a clunker among them. From Black Celebration to Songs of Faith and Devotion, it's solid excellence.

This is a very good answer.

I was gonna say King of Limbs is boring, but it's not a bad?album. I'm interpreting this as "which musicians have only released great albums" because I want to. I'm adding Kanye to this list.

The weakest point in Swans' catalogue was The Burning World, and that's quite a decent album. I mean, I have something like 65 discs' worth of Gira's output and while not all of it is revisited very frequently, the sheer number of albums that are genuinely unmissable has to be some sort of feat.

Filth, Cop, Greed, Children of God, White Light from the Mouth of Infinity, The Great Annihilator, Soundtracks for the Blind, My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky, The Seer, To Be Kind... Even Love of Life and The Burning World are really good albums, just not essential.

I've had about enough of your King of Limbs bashing, young man.

It's weird, I really like Radiohead, but almost never listen to them anymore. King of Limbs I think I listened to once.

Pavement? I've only heard two albums by them, but they're both pretty amazing.

I still let the 'head out every so often. And i'm not talking about my 'alone' time.

I think the one I listen to individual tracks from the most is still Amnesiac.

That makes sense since I guess they weren't really made to be played in order.

I haven't listened to Pablo Honey because I've benefited from the wisdom of my elders, but King of Limbs is their worst album.

Pablo Honey is a perfectly nice album. "You" is a genuinely good track.

I don't see a huge difference between The Bends and Pablo Honey. Yes, progress, but if you like The Bends there's much to like on Pablo Honey.
