Wow. The Pacers have blown their lead. The two games going on right now are the sort that get coaches fired.

Well, this should fuel the "Cavs can just turn it on when they want to!" narrative for a while longer.

LeBron comes back from down 26 points at the end of the first half. Time for Larry Bird to blow up the Pacers.

That was the greatest comeback in playoff history? Surely not. 26 points is it?

The greatest playoff comeback that comes to mind is when Boston came back on New Jersey in the early 2000's. They were down over 20 in the forth. It probably was as high as 26 at one point.

The Bucks played Barney's theme song for the Raptors' introductions. That was some master-level trolling. Given the outcome of this game, it is guaranteed to happen again.

Apparently, 26 is the largest deficit that has been overcome. That doesn't necessarily mean "the greatest comeback", of course. The game you cite seems to be easily more impressive.

Fine article about Jerry Sloan saying his goodbyes before marching on into a slow, protracted death.

The Clippers just cannot catch a fucking break. I feel awful for Chris Paul.

This was the series I most looked forward to in the first round. Without Rudy Gobert and without Blake Griffin, now it's like the series just doesn't matter at all.

wirthlingIs Maker the blackest player in the NBA? Dude looks like a silhouette.

Yes. I looked at other African native NBA players, and Thon Maker has them beat.

Don't they normally play better without Blake?

Jusuf Nurkic is back in the lineup. It's too late to matter especially against the Warriors, but it speaks well of Nurkic's character.

It's too bad Nurkic and Nikola Jokic weren't able to play minutes together as neither is able to guard a stretch 4. What a fine job of talent evaluation by Denver's front office, and good on Portland bringing Nurkic into the fold.

Indeed. The Grizzlies always finding a way to make their playoff series entertaining (as long as they don't have to use 28 players in a season).

Mike Conley was great as well. I have Conley going in a daily fantasy game, and I am already in the money. I need Moe Harkless, Evan Turner, and Draymond Green to get me into the Top 10. I want money, you see.
